A good aggregate order has four pieces: product, quantity, address and access. You do not need perfect numbers — we can help estimate — but the more specific you are, the fewer callbacks and the less chance a truck shows up with the wrong plan.

• Product. Crushed gravel size, washed sand type, road base, fill or DG. If you are not sure of the trade name, describe the job: driveway wearing course, French drain, slab sand, xeriscape path, pad base.
• Quantity. Tons, yards, or length × width × depth. For driveways and pads we can convert square footage and target depth into tons on the phone.
• Address. City and street, plus gate codes, HOA dump rules, and whether the truck should stage on the street or enter the lot.
• Access. Can a dump raise? Soft ground after rain? Overhead wires? Low tree limbs? Someone on site to point at the pile location?

For contractor accounts, ask about standing delivery windows during active builds. Recurring morning loads for multi-day pours or road work save everyone the scramble of a same-day call each time a crew needs the next lift.

Homeowners ordering a one-off driveway or landscaping load get the same attention. Photos of the drop area, especially tight cul-de-sacs in St. George or soft shoulders outside Hurricane, are often worth more than five minutes of description. Text them to the yard line when you place the order.

If you only need a pickup load, say so. Yard load-out during posted hours is usually faster than waiting on a delivery window, as long as your truck or trailer can take the weight and you know which product you want from the board.

Payment and quote details are confirmed when the order is locked. Material and delivery are itemized so you can see both. If access changes after the quote — a soft yard, a blocked gate, a last-minute HOA restriction — call before the truck leaves so we can adjust rather than deadhead a load.
